SPECIAL LAND TAX, FEBRUARY 28.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Executive Council to-day passed an Order-in-Council fixing the date when the ordinary land tax shall be payable, on Thursday, November 21, 1929. The special land tax, under section three of the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, for 1929, will be payable on Friday, February 2S, 1930. The payment of income tax is fixed for February 10, 1930.
