FOUND UNCONSCIOUS.

FARM WORKER IN STREET.

MISHAP AT OTAHUHU.

Found lying unconscious in a side street in the Otahuhu township at six this morning, Samuel Ross, employed "by a) farmer of East Tamaki, Mr. Woods, was taken to the hospital by the* St. John Ambulance suffering from severe concussion. He was unconscious when admitted to the hospital, but he has since recovered, and his injury is less serious than was at first thought probable. A saddled horse was grazing nearby, and it is presumed that Mr. Ross had had a, fall. He had evidently been lying there for some time before being found. Informed by the Otahuhu police, the St. John Ambulance lost no time in getting to the place,, and the patient was in the hospital in half an hour from the time the ambulance was called.
