TASMANIAN FARMERS.
ARRIVE IN AUCKLAND - TO-NIGHT. SIGHT-SEEING TOURS TP-MORROW. Leaving Rotorua by the express this' morning, the oO Tasm.anian farmers, who are visiting New Zealand, arrived at Putaruru and were taken by'c&rs : to' Arapuni to inspect the hydro-electric works. They will'return to' Putaruru this afternoon, leaving there for Frank-' ton Junction by the evening train front Rotorua. At Frankton the party will join the Daylight Limited express, which is due at Auckland at 11.6 p.m. T' At 10 a.m. to-morrow the visitors will leave their respective hotels on a sightseeing tour of the city and suburbs; In the afternoon the cars will take ''he party to the Westfield Freezing Works and city abattoirs, and later will be entertained at afternoon tea by the Auckland branch of the Farmers'. Union and A. aiicl P. Association. If time permits, some of the visiting farmers' will be taken over one or two farms in the district. The evening will be free. ' On Friday morning the party wileave for Sydney by the Ulimaroa.
