IN MELTING POT.
FRENCH POLITICAL CRISIS. (Received 11 a.m.) PARIS, October 29. The political position is again in the melting pot. The Nationalist Council of Socialists rejected the motion for collaboration with the Radicals bv 1590 votes to 1452. M. Daladier has now declined to form a Cabinet. It is expected President Douniergue will again summon M. Briand, as the Socialists' rejection of collaboration with the Radicals has wrecked the Cabinet making schemes by MM. Daladier, Herriot, Caillaux and Malvy.
