Wounded Soldiers Slaughtered By Russian Troops.
CHINESE ALLEGATIONS. (Received 11 a.m.) SHANGHAI, October 29. Soviet troops are accused of atrocities at Lahasusu. It is alleged that they captured nine slightly wounded soldiers and slaughtered them before the body of a Soviet naval officer, who was killed in an engagement, and hung the heads on lamp posts throughout the city. It is also alleged that a number of unwounded Chinese were similarly, killed.
