St. Albans' Week-end Camp.

On Friday night, October 18, after a successful Pound Night, the four Patrol Leaders and two of the Seconds, under Acting S.M. Loe, set out for Wattle Bay. Arriving there about 11 p.m., they immediately pitched their tents and turned in, rising* next morning with the daylight. After a hearty breakfast on Saturday morning a camp site was, chosen in a small valley and cleared. Quito a novel kind of larder was constructed from tea tree branches by the boys. In the afternoon everybody enjoyed a very refreshing swim,/and ended up by having a game on hockey on the beach. so much so that the combined Scouts and Rovers had to conclude with a haka to enable the pianist to recover hinioelf sufficiently to play "The lving." Financially, the show was a great success, and the committee is very grateful to all of the performers for their assistance.
