OLD-TIME DANCE
A jolly crowd assembled at the oldtime dance in the Municipal Hall, Newmarket, on Monday night, when the latest music was rendered by the Newmarket Orchestra led by Mr. G. Parker. Many pretty dresses were worn. Harvey, Jiilizabeth blue crepe de chine and silver lace; Miss R. Levet, plum crepe de chine; Mrs. Treanor, red crepe de chine; Mrs. Fowlie, pale blue satin and velvet bow; Miss V. Peach, blue taffeta; Miss S Dewet, fawn silk; Miss Field, green lace with posy; Mrs. Tabrum, green and silver crepe de chine; Miss I. Harding, peach embossed georgette; Miss C. Calvert, prawn satin and lace; Miss J. Gordon, cornflower blue embroidered crepe de chine; Miss E. Mann, ivory silk georgette and silver lace; Miss Phillips, green georgette; Miss A. Hughes, green crepe de chine; Mre Stokes, white French voile; Miss B. Hughes, blue georgette; Miss P. Morgan, vieux rose taffeta; Miss R. Dilworth, blue georgette; Miss Ellis, green crepe de chine and lace; Mrs. Clauson, green shot velvet and shawl; Miss Jeffries, black satin; Miss D. Dartrist, white satin, uneven hem; Miss A. Fennel, pink crepe de chine; Miss Darwin, pink crepe de chine, silver buckle; Miss Shaw, blue crepe de chine; Miss R. Hendry, blue satin and gold lace; Miss C. Gill, blue silk; Miss M.
