SOVIET SECRETS.
British India Code Reported Obtained. MOSCOW "WANTS" INFORMER. (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARIS. October 28. Bessedowsky, the Russian writer who recently contributed a series of articles to "Le Matin," asserts that the Soviet obtained the British Government's India Office code and has since been able to translate all British code messages to India. He states it was procured in a manner similar to that used by Russia tc get the Italian code from the Berlin Embassv.
A Moscow message states that Bessedowsky is to be prosecuted for theft and embezzlement. The Foreign Office refuses to comment on the allegations concerning the Italian and British secret codes.
