BUSES ON RACE DAYS.
FIVE APPLICATIONS MADE,
Applications were made before the Auckland Transport Board this morning for the right to run services to the Ellerslie and Avondale racecourses and to Alexandra Park on race days. The Chairman of the Board, Mr. J. A. C. Allum, was in favour of granting the applications, but after a discussion, decision was held over until next meeting.
