CAUSE OF PEACE.
Imperial Constitutional Conference. DELEGATES' PROPOSAL. LONDON, October 27. According to a dispatch published in the "Irish Independent," of Dublin, the delegates to the Imperial Constitutional Conference have decided to exclude from the agenda items proposing \ to define certain conditions in the cventVof Britain engaging in war with another Great Power. It was felt that as war was now outlawed, and world affairs had so altered since the last Imperial Conference with the whole world turning from the thought of war, ana the Powers reducing armaments and arriving at understandings, it was only fitting to make this contribution to the cause of peace.
