SHANGHAI, October 27. The Feng Yu-hsiang rebellion is believed to have been crushed, the Government forces effecting a coup in the Leyang district, the rebels' stronghold. The Nanking Government has received an urgent telegram from Chang Hsueliang, the Manehurian War Lord, stating that large bodies of Soviet troops are concentrating in the Blagovestdhensk district. Bluecher, the Red commander, is establishing his headquarters. The message apparently confirms the recent report from Riga that Russia would shortly assume" the offensive to seize the Chinese 35astern Railway.
