WHEAT INQUIRY.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Select Committee of the House, considering the question of sliding duties on wheat, ended its public sittings to-day. Evidence was given by Mr. West, who is in charge of the laboratory at the Wheat Research Institute, Christchurch, and Mr. Pratt, manager of the Northern Roller Milling Co.
