WEST END CLUB. REGATTA CREWS SELECTED. The following crews have been chosen by the selectors to represent the West End Club at forthcoming regattas:— Junior Fours. —0. Felton (stroke). G. Bloxham (3), C. J. Wright (2), V. McFarlaue (bow). Junior Pairs. —O. Felton (stroke), G. Bloxham (bow). Maiden Doubles. —G. Conway (stroke), F. V. Conway (bow). Handicap Sculls—F. V. Conway. Open maidens, maiden pair-oar, light maidens, arid youths' fours will be selected during the week-end. Tlie tentative programme for the season is as follows Labour Day, October 2S: Trial fours, Peacock Shield. November 10 : Ir.terclub trials, Barrett Cup, and club trials, Clark Shield. November 30: Pairoar trials, Cooper Trophies. December 7: Interelub trials, Schmidt Trophy, and club trials, Kohn Shield, at Auckland Rowing Club. December 14 : Patron's Day, opening At Home. January 11: Handicap sculls, E. Taylor's trophy. January 25: Trial fours Kohn trophies. February 8: Double sculls. Walker and Hall trophies. February 22: Handicap sculls, Laidlaw Cup. April °G • President's Day, closing At Home. • The trials for the Schmidt's pair-oar handicap and Bigelow-Farrell Cup (handicap sculls), arc to be arranged later tor evening tides.
