GERMAN SENSATION.
FORGED PUBLICATION. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 1.30 p.m.) BERLIN, October 14. A sensation has been caused by the publication in the "Lokal Anzeiger" of an article, ostensibly written by General von Seeckt, urging the reorganisation of the espionage service and quoting an anonymous .British expert on the next war as well as urging the penetration of the adversaries' chemical numit'in* and industries so.as to be able to blot them out by bombs in war-time. Von Seeckt indignantly denies authorship. The police are trying to trace the forger.
