The special correspondent of the "Daily Mail" in' Palestine says the Arab Congress yesterday decided to plunge Palestine into a general strike on Wednesday as a protest against the new regulations for Jewish worship at the fWailing Wall. The' Arabs allege that these regulations' convert the Holy Place into an open "-synagogue. The' genera] 'strike will affect the whole of Palestine.
