NINETEEN SEAMEN CHARGED.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) . CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Nineteen members of the crew of the steamer Lawbeath were charged at Lyttelton yesterday that on October 9 they were guilty of combining to impede the progress of the voyage. They were remanded to appear in Lyttelton on Wednesday.
