SYMONDSVILLE STUDIO.
There was new lighting, with orchid and mauve streamers at the Symondsville Cabaret on Saturday evening, when Mr. Jack Howe's orchestra gave enjoyable items. Among the guests were: Mrs. Spencer, black sequinned georgette and velvet; Mrs. M. Hunter, lotus pink tulle over pink satin; Mrs. Bridges, larkspur blue georgette; Mrs. A. Hardy, pastel shaded chiffon; Mrs. Lewis, white georgette and diamante; Miss Spencer, sand shaded georgette and lace with diamante; Miss Campbell, gold lame with white georgette; Miss E. Turner, period frock of shell pink lace; Miss M. Booth, cherry taffeta and gold lace; Miss D. Harrison, shaded pink georgette and lace; Miss M. Harrison, brocaded mist blue crepe fleuri; Miss M. McKenzie, primrose embossed georgette; Miss Hill, powder blue georgette; Miss C. Duncan, pink satin with flesh' pink spotted net; Miss F. Ussher, eau de nil green georgette and lace; Miss Gemmell, china blue taffeta; Miss Prescott, maize taffeta with gold lace; Miss Lineen, frilled cherry georgette.
