An application that the Court he declared a privnt- room during the hearinjr or a husband's claim against his wife was made at New Plymouth. The case concerned money, and counsel said nothing could he gained by publicity, the magistrate said the power of prohibition of publication had to be veryl carefully used, and where there Avas a discreet Press lie did not think anything would be gained. He therefore refused the application. i
