New Zealand, finest salted, at 178/ to 183/; Danish butter, at 194/ to 196/; Australian, finest unsalted, at 186/ to 190/; finest salted, at 174/ to 178/; g.a.q., at 170/ to 172/. Cheese. —The market is slow. New Zealand, white, at 94/ to 95/; coloured, at 93/ to 94/; Canadian, white, at 95/ to 97/; coloured, at 95/ to 97/; c.i.f., at 95/ to 97/. FROZEN MEAT. Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cablegram from their London house, dated 10th inst.:— ■ Lamb.—Canterbury, 28/361b, at B%d; North Island, 28/361b, at B%d: Canterbury, 36/421b, at Sd; North Island, 36/421b, at 7%d; Canterbury, second quality, at 8d; North Island, second quality, at 8d; Canterbury, 42/501b, at 7%d; North Island, 42/501b at 7%d. In the market for New Zealand lamb any change is in favour of buyers. The demand runs principally on light-weights. • Mutton—Canterbury, 48/561b, at 6%d; North Island, 48/561b, at 6%d; Canterbury, 56/641b, at North Island, 56/641b, at 5%d; Canterbury, 64/721b, at 5%d; North Island. 64/721b, at 5%d; Canterbury ewes, 48/641b, at 4V 2 d; North Island ewes, 48/64 lb, at 4 3 /&. The market for New Zealand mutton is weak. The demand is limited. Beef. —Argentine chilled, hinds, at 7d; fores, at 4 1 /& d.
