CANADA FOR WHEAT.
LAST SEASON'S HARVEST. Concluding the biggest year Canada has ever had in the export of wheat, the July exports'of 17,019,015 bushels brought the total for the crop year ended July 31 to 354,524, 699 bushels. This figure compares ■with 288,567,390 bushels in the crop year ended July 31, 1928. The value of •wheat exports in the period just closed was ,$387,491,359, compared with $378,746,899 in the previous year. Exports of Avheat flour were ateo greatly above the previous year at 11,808,775 barrels, compared with 9,865,754 barrels in the year,ended July 31, 1928. The value of flour exports in the 12-month period ended with July, 1929, was $64,329,528, compared with $62,291,301 in the previous crop year.
