' : REPORT REMAINS SECRET. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) Wednesday. Messrs H. W. Atack, G. P. Aston, W. G. "'Clayton and W. Hughes, who claim to, hale discovered a process by which gold can be; manufactured, have decided not to release for publication the contents of the report prepared by Dr. E. Marsden, director of scientific and industrial research.
