TRADE COMMISSIONER.
ASSISTANT APPOINTED. {By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. 4 An addition to the staff of the American Trade Commissioner's office will be made shortly when Mr. Myron Black, from the district office in New York, will arrive in the Dominion. Mr. Black who is expected to reach New Zealand early in November, will come from the United States in company -with Mr. Julian-Foster, American Trade Commissioner, at present on a tour of the States. He -will be the third Commissioner appointed by the Bureau of Trade md Commerce within recent years.
