MARCH OF WORKLESS.
PROCESSION IN QUEEN STREET DEMONSTRATION ARRANGEMENTS. A further meeting of members of Auckland's army of •unemployed was held at the Trades Hall' this morning, when arrangements were finalised for the demonstration meeting that is to be held in Quay Street on Sunday. Speakers again discussed the aeuteness of the unemployment situation in Auckland, and stressed the neep / for orderliness being the keynote all demonstrations that are calculated to bring the distress that exists under the notice of the public. About thirty men participated in last evening's procession, marching from the Labour Bureau in Customs Street up Queen Street and Karangahape Road. Though showers were frequent, and the majority of the men were without overcoats, they were not deterred. The procession was perfectly orderly, and attracted considerable attention.
