WORLD COURT.
OPTIONAL CLAUSE. Empire Delegates To Sign * To-morrow. SOME RESERVATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 10 a.m.) GENEVA, September 18. The whole of the Empire delegations, except that of the Irish Free State, will ceremonially sign the optional clause of the World Court Statute in an agreed form to-morrow. It is understood that the form limits the acceptance to ten years and includes disputes between members of the British Empire and also those, falling within the jurisdiction of the Empire Courts.
