DECREES NISI.
PETITIONS AT HAMILTON". (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A decree nisi was granted by his Honor, Mr. "Justice Ostler, at the Supreme Court this afternoon, on the petition of William Henry Berg, builder, of Cambridge, against Sophia Elizabeth Berg, on the grounds of desertion. A decree nisi was also granted on the .petition of Henry Reginald Hillyar, timber worker, Mangapeehi (Mr. Morton), on the grounds of mutual separation for the statutory period. Petitioner stated that there was one child of the marriage. He and his wife agreed to separate immediately after marriage, and they had not lived together since.
