"The British Government knows that there.never existed such a need for substituting the peace mind as now. That is why Mr. Mac Donald is going to the United States, and he is going there to advocate the creation of the peace mind no matter what the consequences," Mr. J. H. Thomas, Lord Privy Seal, declared when addressing the Canadian Club on Tuesday.
