"TO BE CONTINUED" Below are the five sentences which ■were awarded the prizes in the "To be continued" competition:— Ist (By Dorothy Brooke, Devonport). The artist, perceiving that she could expect no Ihelp from that quarter, -bit her lips, attempted to go on, forgot her lines end continued on page 56. 2nd (By Eileen Thomas, Avondale). The garbage department continued overleaf. 3rd (By Lottie Bates, Mount Roskill). This was she whose musical name continued on page 50. 4th (By Thelma Bollard, Mount Albert). I tried to point out to him all that the truth would mean to Coleman —I didn't spare the woman; I concluded on page 71. sth (By Alec Lowndes,, Ponsonby). Her lovely sense of humour is continued on page 93.
