MISS STOCKLEY IN SYDNEY. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) SYDNEY, September 10. Miss Ena Stockley, the well-known New Zealand swimmer, arrived by the Ulimaroa to-day. She said she was delighted to think she was coming to live in Sydney. Miss Stockley expects to compete in the coming swimming championships. According to another message received from Sydney, Miss Stockley stated that she had not yet fully made up her mind about contesting the New South Wales championships, especially the back-stroke event against Miss Bonny Mealing. In any case, she would probably join one of the Sydney swimming clubs.
