COMPENSATION CLAIM.
COURT RESERVES DECISION. The Arbitration Court case in which Reginald Spencer Hutton, a milk roundsman, claimed £892 compensation from Stonex Bros, on the ground that, owing to having to lift heavy cans of milk in the course of his employment, he had strained his heart and was now totally incapacitated, the defence was that there was no proof the plaintiff's present condition was not the outcome of progressive heart disease, rather' than a single accident. Decision was reserved.
