WHANGAREI NOTES.
Mrs. Woodman is on a visit to Auckland. Miss Gwen Hosking is spending a holiday in the Thames district. Dr. and Mrs. Hall left for Sydney last week. Miss Joan Pickering, Warkwortjifc is visiting Mrs. W. C. Coote, Apirana Avenue. Miss Flora Mackay is visiting Tcngariro National Park. Mrs. Martin and Miss Doris. Cane are at present in Gisborne as members of the Auckland provincial ladies' hockey team. Miss Florence Fraser lias returned to Auckland after spending her .vacation from university with her parents. Miss Ivy Reynolds left Whangarei last week, and has since sailed, from New Zealand for India. Miss. Greta Judd has returned to Training College after spending her holidays in Whangarei. Mrs. T. R. Caplin has left for an extended visit to her. two daughters in Australia. Mrs. Murdoch and her son are on a visit to Wellington.
