RECONSTITUTION BILL. ■■•.-'' SYDNEY, August 28. The New South Wales Government is having a bill' prepared for the reconstitution of the Sydney Harbour Trust. The object is to give the traders and rural interests representation in order to co-ordinate the work of the port of Sydney.
The scheme will provide for more economical management and for reduced port dues, which the shipping companies nave: long been demanding.
