The Bishop of Polynesia, Dr. L. S. Kujnpthorne, is spending the week-end in Hamilton.
Mr. V. K. Meredith, Crown Solicitor, returned to Auckland by the Limited this morning.
Sir George Elliot, chairman of the Bank of New Zealand, returned by the Limited to-day from Wellington.
Mr. A. Fry (Awakino), Mr. and Mrs. J. Dougall ('Scotland), Mr. C. Trippnor (L'hristc-hurcli) arc at the Eoyal Hotel.
Mr. Justice Ostler will leave for Hamilton on Monday evening to preside over the Supremo Court sessions, which will begin 011 Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Summersvillc. or Ciiristeiairch, who have been on a lioiid;:y at Hclensville, came back to Auckland yesterday, and arc staying at the Grand Hotel."
