TARANAKI OILFIELDS,
By advertisement in this issue, the liquidator of Taranaki Oilfields, Ltd. (in liquidation), Mr. Edward H.Shackell, of Collins House, Melbourne, reminds shareholders of that company who have not yet surrendered their scrip to him, and made claim for admission to membership of Taranaki (N.Z.) Oilfields, N.L., that unless they do so immediately they will, by process of law, .be excluded and their holdings will be realised for what they will fetch. DOMINION FERTILISER CO

DUNEDIN, Friday.
A company to be known as the Dominion Fertiliser Company has secured from the Harbour Board an area of acres at Ravensborne, and has let a contract at £212,000 with the Fletcher Construction Co., to erect a fertiliser .building and plant for the manufacture of superphosphate, with a total capacity of 75,000 tons per annum. The company has also secured from the Harbour Board an undertaking to dredge a channel and erect wharves accommodating deep-sea vessels alongside the plant.
The directors are: Messrs. R. G. Hudson (Dunedm), Peter McSkimming (Benhar), James Fletcher (Auckland), L. J. Stevens (Auckland), A;. C. Leary (Evans Flat), E. Bowman (Gore), and a Canterbury farmer yet to be appointed.
