REPRESENTATIVE MATCH.
NORTHERN UNION CUP CHALLENGE. THIRTEEN FROM THE NORTH. The Northern Union challenge cup will be at stake to-morrow, when Auckland's League reps, will clash with Northland at Carlaw Park. Although it was only last year that the thirteen a-sido code started in the North, the visitors' team is said to contain several very fine players, including E. Meyer, the ex-Auckland Rugby representative. During the past ,two weeks the team has been coached by W. Wethcrill, and Northland supporters are confident that it will make a favourable impression at its first Carlaw Pafk appearance. The teams will take the field as follows: — NORTHLAND. Full-back: V.
