WRONG NAME GIVEN.
CASE AT POLICE COURT.
In the report of a case at the Police Court yesterday, in which Peter Walter Tynan was remanded on a charge of having caused actual bodily harm, the name of the man assaulted was erroneously given as Mervyn Campbell instead of Mervyn Chappie. We learn that there are two residents of Auckland with the name of Mervyn Campbell, and we take tho first opportunity of correcting the report. •
