Seaplane On Bremen Speeds Up Service. 24 HOURS SAVED. ("Times" Cables.) LONDON, August 2. The Berlin correspondent of tlie "Times" eays the Bremen's catapult seaplane was launched off Cherbourg and landed an American mail at Bremerhaven in four hours, or 24 hours ahead of the vessel's arrival there. The Berlin portion of the mail was conveyed in a special aeroplane to the German capital. Through this combination of a swift liner and aeroplanes the transmission of the mail from New York to Berlin was accomplished in 5 days 11 hours. > - '
