COURT'S ORDER DISOBEYED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. On July 11 a young man named James Torrance Cleary, of Rotorua, was fined £10 and had his driving license suspended for six months for reckless driving. A few days later a mounted eonstable came upon him driving his car along the road near his home at Gordonton. On seeing the officer Cleary climbed into the back of the car, and a passenger took the wheel. Cleary pleaded guilty to-day to a charge of driving without a license. He was fined £5 and costs. His license was suspended till May 1, 1930, and the magistrate ordered that particulars of. the suspension and conviction be endorsed on the license.
