The market for New Zealand lamb is weak. The demand is P °Mutton.—Canterbury, 48's to 56's, 6%d; 56's to 64's, 6d; 64's to 72's, 5%c1; North Island, 48's to 56's, 6%d; 56's to 64's, 5%d; 64's to 72's, sY*d. Canterbury ewes, 48's to 64's, 4%d; North Island ewes, 48's to 64's, 4%d. The market for New Zealand mutton is weak. The demand is poor. Beaf. —Argentine chilled hinds, 7%d; fores 3%d. Pork.— English, 80's to 100's, lOd to lid- New Zealand porkers, 80's to 100's, 7%d; New Zealand porkers, 100's to 120's, 7%d. ~ New Zealand ewe mutton quotations-are nominal.
