FRANKLIN CHAMPIONSHIPS.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) rUKEKOHK, Monday. The Franklin golf championships, which were Interrupted by rain on July 13, will be resumed on August 3, when the remaining IS holes are to be completed. The bogey match, in- conjunction with the lirßt 18 holes of the championship, resulted in a tie umong four players, Forbes (Waiuku), Christianson (Waiuku), Colbcck (Waiuku), and Rice (Everslie), who will play off during the morning of August 3. The committee has decided to hold another bogey match for other players also on August 3. Entries for this event close on Tuesday, July 30.
