The Wanganui Harbour Board to-day decided that, subject to suitable arrange nients being made, an area up to l acres at Languard Bluff be leased W aviation purposes to a responsible boa, for a period of 10 vears, at an annua" rental of 2/0' an acre, the board to retain the grazing right's, and the rental t« any further term to be arranged 0J arbitration. , A large meeting of enthusiasts-.to-night formed an aero club.
