WAGNER'S PIANO.

Wagner relics, possessions of the great man which were associated with his music, are still assured of the worldwide interest of music-lovers. The latest of such possessions to come into the limelight of public homage is Wagner's piano, the instrument he had at his hand when he was composing " Parsifal." It is more than likely that very much of that music-drama was. created with the help of this piano. It was presented to the composer by the members of the Bayreuth orchestra, and it is an object of veneration among the others in the Villa Wahnfried, Bayreuth, where Wagner lived, and which his widow and their son Siegfried Wagner still occupy. The piano, however, is now reported to be on tour in the United States, where, no doubt, exhibition of it in various cities attracts many people. It i? not for sale. If it were, more than one American millionaire would be prepared to pay handsomely for the privilege of owning it.
