OBITUARY.
MISS MARY C. GRAHAM,
Many charitable institutions will benefit under tlie will of Miss Mary Catherine Graham, who died at her home, Edendale Road, aged 70 years. Miss Graham came to New Zealand from Ireland with her parents in the ship, Andrew Jackson, in the year IS(>5. They settled in the Captain Butler settlement at Mangonui, North Auckland, where attacks by the Maoris were theu very frequent, and where, owing to the difficulties of transport, her father, Mr. W. After 13 years in North Auckland, the Graham family moved to the Waikato, where they resided about 11 years. Miss Graham has been a resident of Edenvale Road for 40 years, being a constant attendant at the Pitt Street Methodist Church. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jackson, of Remuera, and Mrs. Coulthard, of Titirangi, and two brothers, Mr. William Graham, of Frankton, and Mr. Hugh Graham, of Te Puke.
