FORGERY ADMITTED.

(By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.); MORRINSVILLE, this day. Pleading guilty to a charge of forging and uttering a cheque for £4 drawn on Robert Sarich, storekeeper, of Morrinsville, a man named L. W. Lash, alias G. H. Hammond, was to-day committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.

The offence was committed in January, and Lash was arrested in Auckland a few days ago.
