An unprecedented number of entries has been received in the butter classes of exhibits at the National Dairy Show, which opens to-morrow. T7ie judges comment that the butters have undergone a hard test, having been subjected to three months' storage, but it is pleasing to them to find that, with few exceptions, the quality was maintained well, and the butter opened up as fresh as the day it went into cool storage. Results of the judging follow: —
