MR. AND MRS. G. A.* ADLAM.

NEW PLYMOUTH, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Adlam,\of Ne.w Plymouth, celebrated their diamond wedding yesterday. Mr. and Mrs. Adlam have 13 children, 07 grandchlldrert and 21 great-grandchildren. All who could be present attended the celebrations yesterday, and there was a remarkable i;eunion of nearly 100 members 6i the family. Mr. and Mrs. Adlam were parried jit Oakura, near New Plymouth, in, 1869. \ Mr. Adlam came to New Zealand as , a soldier, and he fought at Gate Pa and at Te Ranga. He bought his discharge from the Army in 1800, and commenced farming at Oakura,
