SOLICITOR STRUCK OFF.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, tliis day. • Mr. Justice Adams to-day made an order nisi calling on John Black Batchelor, solicitor, to show cause within fourteen days why he should not be struck off the roll of solicitors. The order was made on the application of the Canterbury Law Society. If cause is not shown the case will be removed to the Court of Appeal, where the New Zealand Law Society will apply to have the order made absolute.
