GOOD DISPLAY OF BIRDS.
WYANDOTTE CHAMPIONSHIP
NIGHTINGALE ON. VIEW.
Fowls, pigeons and canaries of all varieties are well represented at Onehunga's poultry show held to-day in the Foresters' Hall. There is an unusually good entry of white Wyandottes as the North Island championship for birds of that description is" be'ing held in conjunction .with-.-the show. Good entries have also been received for the bantams, and . the display of canaries, pigeons and other fancy birds is considered exceptional. The most attractive bird m the fancy section is a nightingale, either Australian or Japanese.
