TO RELIEVE CATARRHAL DEAFNESS AND HEAD NOISES. Persons suffering from catarrhal nearness and head noises will be triad to know that this distressing' affliction oar., usually be successfully treated at home by an internal medicine that In many instances has effected complete relier after other •treatments have failed. Sufferers who could scarcely hear have had their hearing- restored to such an extent that the tick of a watch was plainly audible seven or eight inches away rrom either car. Take this home and add to it i-pint or hot water and Jib or crystal sugar; stir until dissolved. Take • one tablespoonTul Tour times a day. Parmint is used in this way not only to reduce by tonic action the inllammation and swelling in the Eustachian Tubes, and thus to equalise the 'air pressure on the drum, but to correct any excess or secretions in the middle car, and the results it gives are nearly always quick and effective.
