THE ANNUAL MEETING.

TE AROHA, Wednesday.
The annual report of the Thames Valley Agricultural, Pastoral and Horticultural Association, to be presented to members this week, states there is a credit of £11 1/10 on the year's working, bringing the credit balance up to £169 0/2. The amount expended on new buildings and yards was £1208 11/10. A Government subsidy of £300 was received and donations amounting to £448 8/6, leaving a debit balance on the building fund account of £4016/11. The association's assets are valued at £1208 10/11, and the liabilities are: Bank of New Zealand, £166 14/11; and sundry creditors, £597 3/10.
