UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
WIFE'S PETITION GRANTED
The dissolution of her marriage with Charles Harold Herbert was sought in the Supreme Court this morning* before Mr. Justice Blair, by Theresa Herbert, of Dcvonport (Mr. Prendergast). Mr. Schramm, who represented the petitioner, withdrew the defen.ce. The marriage took place on September 2S, 1915, and a petition was moved on the grounds that a separation order hud been in vogue for the. statutory- period-of three years. A decree nisi was granted and an order was made giving petitioner custody of the child.
